Draft. A lawyer will review the final text before launch.
Controller: Z7 Club (DClos Communication). Contact: hola@z7club.com.
Data we process: your email and name to run your account; your FTP, weight and heart rate only with your consent, to calculate your workouts; payment details are handled by Stripe and we don't store them.
Where we store it: on servers in the European Union (Supabase in Frankfurt and Vercel).
Technical connection data (beta): while Z7 Club is in beta, when you connect a trainer, controllers or a heart rate monitor we record technical connection data: the model and firmware of the devices, your browser and operating system, the commands sent to the trainer, the buttons pressed, dropouts and errors, and power, cadence and speed for each second. We use it only to detect and fix compatibility issues. It does not include your location or any Strava data. It is kept for 30 days; after that, only an anonymous summary per device model remains. If you'd rather we didn't record it, email us at hola@z7club.com.
Your rights: you can download or delete your data from Account → Privacy, and withdraw your consent at any time.
Strava data: only if you connect your account and with your permission, we read your activities and saved routes to import them as routes, and we upload the sessions you do on Z7 Club to Strava. Strava permissions are stored encrypted and are never shared. This data is only shown to you, and we never use it for AI, leaderboards or any other user. You can disconnect Strava at any time (Account or the import window): we revoke access on Strava immediately. Routes you have imported stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account.
